Statistics were not on Trumps side as he openly encouraged people to attend rallies without social distancing and other protective measures in place. I had a beyond stressful week this week. I could feel the stress in my body and it was so uncomfortable. I went to the baths last night to do sauna and cold plunge in 57 degree water and then float in a warm pool. Here we do that 3 times and it completely releases the stress and relaxes your body. You feel like someone wringed it all out of you and your like new again. I have arthritis and this kind of cold therapy really helps. I love being in the ocean!! I just dont live near enough, but I do try to go often and get in the water.
