The Act would not be vulnerable to legal challenges if they had included this one sentence when they wrote it: "This law shall remain in effect even if portions of it are determined to be invalid". But nowhere in those 2300 pages that nobody bothered to read does it say this even once; BUT there are 8 times where it is stated that the Individual Mandate is an integral part of the law and cannot be separated from it.
