  26. I believe people who wear mask think that they playing safe and people who don't wear it are more cautious about people. Old people are fucked because all these states won't learn that you can't keep all these people in area and think it's safe. They have young workers and staff that can have a small sickness then all the seniors get sick. We should have elderly nurses and doctors take care of elderly to avoid potential sickness or new sickness from young people

The 10th Amendment, which gives states all powers not specifically given to the federal government, allows them the authority to take public health emergency actions, such as setting quarantines and business restrictions.
