   Fact is, they were found to be paid more than the men when you looked at the benefits they negotiated for that the men don't get after turning down the EXACT SAME DEAL THAT THE MEN WERE GIVEN. Pretending that there is a pay gap when you are actually getting more than the men is despicable, just like when women used to be discriminated against because of their gender, but now when it is men, no one cares.
