  9. As a democrat, I strongly disagree with what some of stances but there is no denying she is extremely articulate and smart and deserves a spot as SCOTUS. I think she would be very fair once she gets nominated and that is what one should really hope for.

  12. We should all want an impartial and non-political court system. Judges should never make rulings based on things that must be imagined to be true. Instead, they should make their decisions based on what is known to be true. For instance, I could never be gay being repulsed by the same sex and highly attracted to the opposite sex. How then is it possible for others to be attracted to the same sex? The answer can only be that they are in fact different and therefore should not be subjected to having to conform to what I feel is normal. Reality in this instance is different than what I feel it should be, and as a judge, it is reality, not feelings, that should be considered in determining what is right for society. Unfortunately, our Supreme Court is loaded with people that rule based on their feelings rather than reality that is rooted in scientific facts and sound logic. With Trump’s appointments, it will be overloaded with such individuals. Is that really the best thing for society, or is that only good for those whose reality is equally based on imaginary feelings?

  20. I've never been so proud of a judicial nominee. They spent hours trying to trip her up and they failed. This is a woman of impeccable character, intelligent, and has a heart to service. She is what I hope my daughter will become when she grows up.

  30. I think Tillis (R) asking ACB if she thinks it's important to vote on the wrong voting day was an honest mistake. However it's very telling ACB's reaction was reflexive agreement w Tillis. She did not listen or process content of what her political ally said and immediately agreed. The judicial branch was meant to be a nonpartisan checks and balances, and these Kabuki senate hearings make it so obvi SCJ have been reduced to puppets of political parties and dark money. Do not forget that the economy, supreme court (for gun right and free speech) , the police, the military, the social security, the Medicare are the most important "we the people"' 's defenses for safety, freedom, and prosperity. They are all at stake in this election. The DEMS are sold out to china and they are in trouble if they do not deliver the USA to china as they promised. This is why all DEM officials are locking down the economy, defund police, and packing the court and Nancy Pelosi is blocking the $1200 to the people and money to small business. Biden and Harris do not want to tell you that they will pack the court but I think they want to get rid of the supreme court because they will get rid of the constitution. The DEMS and china want to turn USA into china. If you love what going on with people in china then vote for Biden but remember your vote does not change only your fate , it also change the entire country fate.
