15. The ONLY definition of “court packing” is increasing the number of Justices so it can be filled by the one expanding the court.. All other definitions are purely fictitious.

16. The jurisprudence in my country is very erratic precisely because of term limits for justices. Absence of term limits of the judiciary ensures judicial independence and stability in the interpretation of the law.

FYI: Not to mention 6 out 9 justices currently are Catholics.

He really did not tell any of his followers what he planned to do to help the people. Why did they vote him in…. I want to know why I am voting someone into power to run the country and help the people. Everything he is doing is to help him and his party…nothing about making life better for the people. As tax payers, can the people not step in and say “NO” , that’s not what we voted you in for. 22. If Georgia’s 2 senate seats flip to democrat, causing a 50/50 tie in the senate, democrats will be able to get as many justices in the Supreme Court as they wish. All 50 republicans will vote no, all 50 democrats will vote yes, and the tie would be broken by the VP, who will be Kamala Harris, who will surely vote yes.

    5 justices appointed by Liberal Presidents
    5 justices appointed by Conservative Presidents
    5 justices appointed by the other justices via a Unanimous 10-0 vote.
    Take the politics out of the Supreme Court and Strengthen the Institution's power and prestige

    5 peer voted unanimous justices would be the most prestigious b/c they would be voted in on merit by their peers.

28. The reason the writers of the Constitution do not set the number of Supreme Court justices is because the concept of judicial review isn't constitutional. Nowhere does it say that the Supreme Court gets to decide what the Constitution means. Why? Because in every situation, the answer is self evident. Anyone who has earned more than five dollars and can read can determine what is constitutional. How? Let the 10th Amendment been your guide. The 1st and 2nd Amendments also are obvious. We need to adopt more of the Roman Republic's Constitution. It lasted longer than ours.

29. If the Democrats win the POTUS and the senate back (and that's a big if) and they then add 4 seats to the supreme court, the shooting will start. That will be an intentional move to destroy the check and balances of our government and force an ideology on the entire population. It will be met with the physical force that tyrants are always met with, throughout history. It will be violent and it will be quick.
