  3. Race literally doesn’t matter when discussing the validity of a president “packing the court”. Race, Gender and Religion are all non issues.

    If the person proposed can do the job well and uphold the standards placed on the Court, confirm them.

    Politicizing the Supreme Court is dangerous. It leads to flawed legal reasoning based on flimsy legal arguments.

    Politicizing the Supreme Court gives us Activist Justices like the “Notorious RBG”. She was infamous for staunchly partisan beliefs. There was a decision that a “Conservative” justice had to write, because if he did not, RBG would’ve done it and likely excoriated religious institutions and potentially set back religious rights decades or even centuries.

    She was a very activist Justice that we got because justices are allowed to be unchallenged and their decisions are held in sometimes erroneously high regard.

    The justices who decided separate but equal is constitutional, deserve to be excoriated by every justice forever. Naked un-American partisanship does not belong on the court.

    If I ever become a Judiciary service committee senator, I will require two things. I will require the respect for the office I hold (the honor and deference any senator deserves) and if a Nominee wants my vote, they will answer my questions. Assuming appropriate questions, they should not be put on a life appointment if they will not answer.

  4. I refuse to give my opinion on the outcome of Roe v Wade. I will say decidingit as a 14th amendment issue is totally and completely flawed and inappropriate. The 14th amendment protects equal protection under the law. Men do not have the right to get an abortion, nor would it be reasonably necessary for probably 99% of men.

    The 9th amendment would have been enough of a reasoning to support the decision the part made.

The federal government DOES NOT fund abortions except in cases of life threatening danger to the mothers health or in cases of rape or incest as a tax payer myself im fine with those rules…and pence to say democrats want to pack the courts they packed the Supreme court with the barret nomination with 2 weeks left in an election year the right wing is so corrupt

  18. Screw that insurance….I got denied for Obama care because I didn't make enough…so applied for medicaid- like the site directed me…and I got denied. So can I please get an insurance, that I can pay for- and not be grid locked in-between! Single mom, can't include father's income because we are not married. Two sep house holds…but NC also capped off the amount of children in day care, receiving vouchers. This was pre covid-19.Covid happens, again, displaced from the restaurant industry, and again denied unemployment because it says my social doesn't exist! Why is this so dang complicated? I would love to finish college, but I have issues that need attention, and it's just a joke. Fix it, please.

  37. First of all, Pelosi isn't enacting the 25th Amendment for Trump, it's for Biden. If Biden wins the election and he won't last very long before he steps down or the 25th Amendment is used on him. With a little more than 3 weeks away from the elections, why would Pelosi start 25th Amendments proceedings on Trump (not enough time)? After Biden steps down or replaced, Kamala will be president and who will be vise president – Pelosi. Both are from San Francisco – Yes, that's the place that has an app to tell the people where the feces is on the streets on any given day. And yes, the same Kamala Harris at 29 began an affair with San Francisco politician Willie Brown, then 60 and married, who appointed Harris to two lucrative positions only to dump her after Slick Willie was voted the first black mayor of the city.   43. It's crazy how Pence takes Harris to task about answering questions, yet he himself doesn't answer the question. Pence criticizes Harris for supposed rule breaking, while he himself is breaking the rules. Pence is hypocritical bs. But I guess Trump supporters don't care about that.
