  1. I imagine you'll be using TPU for the isolators? Just keep an eye on the temperature of that engine bay since the glass temp is around 60C. May be worth while to make a mold instead and make silicone isolators.

  2. You should go for a radiator like the intercooler on the RS200, get all the heat out from the engine bay, not heating the intakes. At least do a composite shield where the hot air gets leaded away from the intakes.
Great build, love to follow this!

  3. You guys perservere. Observation: a stock intake manifold would be a way better deal for the use powerwise and would also give you way more space.

  4. It might be alot easier to use an electric power steering pump from vag or from an MR2. Just so you would be able to mount it in the front, not having to run any lines from the rear to the rack.

  5. The thermostat housing is still to close to the tank. The engine will move and by the time you've got a hose clamp on, you'll have even less room.

  6. You might consider inserting a strong spring in the molded radiator hose to keep from collapsing. Just saying… Great Video…Can’t wait to see the Engines installed into the boat and running.

  7. Day 66 of becoming the most subscribed YouTube channel with zero video’s so I can live the life. 💪🏼🙎🏼‍♂️🤙🏼.. 🍻

  8. Use AN lines for the radiator! Jesus. Absolute abortion. Also move the thermostat housing to where heater hoses connect! Hey let's put the trans cooler where the air is hot as fuck!
