It seems like the part people keep missing here is this, let’s say the cops were telling the truth and automatically went with them that only proves this should’ve been a federal case all along. If the ex boyfriend was selling drugs via the post office while using her address then the state court means nothing at this point since the post office was the loophole for a federal grand jury plus a federal prosecutor. A lot of things don’t sit right in this case hence why the boyfriend Kenneth Walker is walking free as he should be. His name is not on any warrant nor did they have an arrest warrant for her just a no knock warrant for drugs. I guess no one sees that as odd but don’t worry the feds will see that as odd. Cops screwed by using the post office as an excuse. That’s definitely a federal offense. Federal crimes are not tried in state courts. Federal indictment for said federal crimes are not the same as state crimes. Sure a lot of people have emotions involved but see back and look at it from a state and federal law stand point.

She was fired from her job because she had a dead body in the trunk of her car. The police knocked and yelled their presence several times. So if you want to change a law ask yourselves why wasn't this new boyfriend registering his gun with Beonna Taylor's address if he was living there, that would have given investigators more accuracy for a no knock raid.
