  2. You jus tell the man thats its illegal to park on the sidewalk on ANY distance inside it, but you are giving a break to those who do it a little to be nice, which is the truth.

  3. So it's ok to park on the sidewalk? "No" so then it is discriminatory to single him out when the standard is illegal to even be on the sidewalk.
