A Kentucky grand jury indicted former Louisville police officer Brett Hankison on three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree in a shooting in March that killed Breonna Taylor, but neither he nor the other two officers involved in the fatal encounter were charged in her death.

Louisville Metro Police Department officers Myles Cosgrove, Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Hankison unleashed a barrage of shots into Taylor’s apartment while serving a warrant in March.

The charges against Hankison, who fired 10 shots into Taylor’s apartment, stem from the errant bullets that penetrated a wall of the residence and entered a neighboring apartment occupied by a child, a man and a pregnant woman, Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron said at a news conference following the grand jury’s announcement.

  1. So I just learned that good ole Daniel Cameron here is married to Mitch McConnells granddaughter. The corruption runs deep with these Republicans! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 YOU, DANIEL CAMERON!! Karma always comes back around and yours will be served cold. 🌬

  2. Someone came and stood up for what was right even in broad daylight two overturns did not give it to herself that was a valiant act but they made their decision so they're going to do whatever they can to keep it that way no matter how many times it's brought to court they made their decision they don't want her to be important as well as black lives they're saying Brianna Taylor oh that was a long time ago so. The first time was when it happened and then the media silenced it until Lloyd Ferguson then it was taken to court and then there was an indictment on something stupid and the other guys got let go Scott free now this third time the same thing is happening these racist people made their decision and they could care less about the majority of the country or anything like that no matter what you vote for

  3. Think about it they know a lot the majority of black people don't worry about government laws and stuff like that so as them to interpretate it it makes it seem like it's legal but it's really not

  4. Listen how he's twisting the truth so that it only points out to that b***** a person got killed and they're worried about the neighbors who are still alive not even hurt

  5. the racist win again with their pitiful scientifics when common Sense was everybody knows what happened STATE OF EMERGENCY?! OH I GUESS WE'RE NOT GETTING WHAT WE WANTED ONCE AGAIN. I PREDICT THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DO S*** AND IF THEY DO DO ANYTHING THEY'RE GOING TO BE SLAPS ON THE WRIST MARK MY WORDS. Whatever the jury said they are basically xing it out as any evidence so they can continue on with the same results and FBI is supposed to be independent from the government and yet they're in on it too

They make up the dumbest s*** to where I can see through it but they act like they're oblivious to the situation but everybody knows what happened that's why I hate about the government you see how they're trying to make the reckless shooting a little thing they're only making it a little thing or you only got charged because it was at a white neighbors pad swap that little incident on that side I'm trying to use that for the prosecutor or the defense attorney to minimalize the life of Brianna Taylor a black woman the government could sit there and try to hide it all they want here's one sign what happened to the right to a speedy trial and how long has this been going on? I smell filth always have I done my research and I'm a hundred percent positive

  6. Did the detectives have previous work relations with Breonna Taylor the young EMT worker? Did she write up reports on police violence against citizens not in their favor, like the EMTs that were always called in 2014 ST. Louis did the opposite against police choke-hold killing of Eric Garner? This summer co-worker violence happened to George Floyd.

  7. I think they violated her civil rights. Of course Crump isn't going to encourage the family to ask for that because there's no money in it for him. Ambulance chasers. George Floyd's murders will walk as well.

  8. It doesn't make sense they got a no knock warrant yet they knocked and announce? Sounds fishy. You usually do a no knock because you want the element of surprise because the person has a weapon or a flight risk. I am betting that "witness" had charges pending that now have disappeared. They only included the neighbors not Brianna as one of the counts in wanton negligence which is f'd up Brianna died.

  9. Daniel Cameron appears to be under a dictatorship and following order, carefully not to cross any set boundaries But when is it ok to Stand up for what's Right ? # Stand up for justice . justice for Ms Breanna Taylor . Justice for his Race.

  10. The District Attorney's trying to keep his job and look the other way to defend the devil his Conrad's what you're wicked evil ass Devils. job 9:24 says the Earth has been given into the hands of the wicked they cover the faces of the judges their of. God will bring every evil and wicked thing👹 to the light you better know it without a doubt.

  11. When Police kill people,,,no big deal,,,,,when People kill Police,,,,oh my GOD,,,police put out rewards,,, they want others to HELP them find the person that did it. So WHERE S the line??? Police can KILL,,,people can t KILL?????

  12. No should NOT be a NO KNOCK for Police to have at ALL. They bust into my house,,,I will shoot them too. Even if the both of them are drug dealers,,,they don t have to die. There should be a LAW against Police breaking into a dwelling. To Protect people,,from police,,,

  13. COSGROVE SHOOTS HIS FUCKIN GUN 16 FUCKIN TIMES AND NO CHARGES????????? AND THE SHOT OUT OF THE 6 THAT WAS FATAL KILLED HER WITHIN FUCKIN SECONDS TO 2 MINUTES???????? AND THERE IS NO FUCKIN MURDER CHARGE, IDGAF THEY FUCKIN DESERVE THE SAME FUCKIN FATE THAT HAPPENED TO THAT POOR GIRL #BREONNATAYLOR ALL 3 OF THEM FUCKIN PIGS DESERVE IT…. COME SEE ME IN PHILLY AND Y'ALL COPS WONDER WHY NOBODY RESPECTS UR FUCKIN ASS… A WANTON ENDANGERMENT CHARGE…. PSSHHH EAT MY FUCKIN VAGINA THATS SOME PAID OFF BULSHIT IF I. EVER HEARD IT

  14. They have to do a bullistics investigation to see which bullets hit Breona. If that's not the case, the mother need to appeal the decision in a higher court. That was truly a botched operation if I ever seen or heard of one. That no knock law is stupid and need to be eliminated. TV movies make more sense than real accounts of police work and investigations. Those police should have surrounded that apartment first, knocked on the door, annouced themselves and waited for somebody to come to the door. Of course, the police should been in protective areas while waiting for an answer, but just busting in, even after announcing was stupid and put everybody in danger. That police officer didn't attend too many firing range practices either to shoot up 4 apartments.

  15. They won again not suprised. Those who wrote the laws are to blame. If you wound a police dog you get stiffer charges. Damn!!!
