  1. Sometimes I feel that Hollywood will never listen it will take another maybe 20 or 30 years to be recognized like the other minorities. How about make a film by yourself? I’m a Latino BTW.

  2. Awesome human being! He not only reps his Latino people but also never fails to mention his love for the black community as well. Dope! Much respect!

  3. not only latino but other races too like asians, middle easterns, mongolians, turkish, etc….. if luguizamo really wants inclusion……

  4. Representation for Latinos is sorely needed. Approximately 1 in 6 people in the US is Latino and they account for nearly a quarter of movie ticket buyers in this country (pre covid), yet they're cast in only 5% of roles in major films– and oftentimes those roles are minor and/or reinforce negative stereotypes.

Do you think you are born again just because you go to a church? Not all churches declare the Truth. On the contrary, your church could be a completely worldly church. For your own soul, you must come out of the churches that use the Bible but do not declare the Truth and speak lies differing from the bible. Hear what the Spirit of Truth says to the churches and receive the eternal gospel!!!!

  6. This is retarded, sure it would be nice but how about someone writing a movie where the lead actor is Hispanic or where the race wouldn't matter and anybody could fit in the role. specifically casting Hispanics or people of color just because, would be pretty racist

  7. You know PC culture and identity politics have gone off the deep end just be reading these comments… when over half the comments the writer puts their race at the end as if that gives their statement more credibility or adds more weight to it….. its funny but also tragic.

  8. Vote for President Trump to serve a second term. Do NOT EVER trust Biden who has Dementia and Kamala Harris who flip flops from one issue to another. Don't believe the DEMORATS who desperately want your Vote and will lie and promise anything to get your vote. Save this Country from the far far far far far left and ANTIFA. #Trump2020 #KAGA2020👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  9. Here we go… then just audition. We don’t need more roles if the actors aren’t good. We need more latin screen writers to write the latin roles. It’s not that hard. If they aren’t doing it then it’s on no one but them

  10. Nothing but love from a Mexican to this brother. We need to stand up and be United,we need a brown President too.Enough is a enough.I’ve always have said we are a sleeping giant that hasn’t woke up.They have poked the sleeping giant but not hard enough to make him upset.

  11. You can expect that about 25% of roles should be filled by hispanic/latino people since that is their population percentage of the US. Forcing anything above or below that percent is what should be looked at. Don't go out expecting that 25% of the population should have 50% of the roles. Doesn't work that way.

  12. Your race, ethnicity, or religion doesn't matter… What we need are good actors…
But in reality, we don't NEED actors… they are not essential. They are just for entertainment, nothing more.

What we need is more children who know how to build something.

  13. Latinos are one of the most if not the most artistic / creative people I've known, so this is real sad in this country! (Asian here!)

  14. You can’t please everyone! How about all of the other nationalities who aren’t in movies? he’s just mad that he can’t get recognition? Yes. He said that! He said he’s not going because he can’t be nominated for a role that he isn’t in.

  15. So true, many historical & present stories yet to be made money into with the people who know them first hand & can expand in the film crews instead of vilifying brown kids in the crib to pipeline system!.
