What I've learned: ensure registration, license, and insurance are valid. Walk with four persons. One person per line and just in case a tow truck.
Car drivers the world over simply haven't realised that they don't have a monopoly of city and urban streets.
Pedestrians and horse traffic existed long before the 20th century, but unfortunately car maker and local government corruption has given these types the idea that they have a right to drive and abandon ( they call it parking) their vehicles anywhere.
Customer: “Who’s got twenty cents?”
Me: “Dude, GROW UP! Get a free checking account like every other financially responsible adult in America, use the debit card that goes with it, OR use a credit card!” Even back when this episode was recorded most people payed with plastic instead of cash. Sheesh!

His registration was probably suspended due to lack of insurance. He just got insurance back on the car..he should of just called motor vehicle to lift the suspension because he now has insurance.
just imagine all the hassle that would have been prevented had you just insured your vehicle……..
