They are NOW arguing AGAINST Abraham Lincoln. This IS NOT THE PARTY of Lincoln anymore and this proves it.
The only vacancy closer to an election than the one left by Justice Ginsburg: an opening created by the death of Chief Justice Roger Taney in 1864, 27 days before the vote.
President Abraham Lincoln nominated a successor ONLY AFTER his re-election, choosing Salmon Chase as he wanted the people to have a say.
In 2016, when the Justice seat came open under Obama, the republican senate argued to wait until after the election and "let the people Choose" as Lincoln had and they all agreed. Now they argue the opposite.
This IS NOT WHAT LINCOLN's PARTY STOOD FOR, and there is more they did nod stand for or condone that Trump is involved in:
-Misogyny (The numerous comments against women)
-Adultery (Against multiple wives, and paying a pornstar off)
-Extortion (Strongarming Ukraine to investigate Biden)
-Hypocrisy (Go to work, no masks or tests are needed WHILE make every at the WH wear them and test daily)
-Racism (See trump university, What Trump Told His Lawyer When He Didn’t Know a Camera Was Rolling)
-Serial Lying (Too many to list, but how about "we couldn't have done anything more")
Obstruction (Too many to list as well taxes, DNA, blocking witnesses)
-Plagiarism (crafting Jrs response to Russia meeting)
And record debt, people are mortgaging our future and our children's future, to keep Trump in office.
Obama could have replaced her during his time in office, had control of the senate as well. Not sure why that didn't happen. She retires, they stick someone 30+ years younger on the court. Why did they gamble with a lifetime appointed position? It doesn't make any sense, some of it may be the belief that Hillary wouldn't lose, but really, why gamble with a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.
It is up to her to retire, but she could have, and the right time to do so passed by.

What is her legacy, for the Word of God says, a tree will be known by it's fruit. I believe from the laws she implemented was completely against the Word of God. She rebelled against God.
