Yes, he should have put a flex agent. Some guys also don't realize the primer need flex agent and the abs plastic requires more prep which doesn't look like it got.

Adam, do you realize, you put your brakes disc on the wrong side? The grooves of the disc should be directed against the direction of rotation. So the grooves will "ejecting" the dirt and water with centrifugal force, you have it in reverse. So the grooves miss the point.
