2. On the kids learning, I had to do virtual learning in college, when the pandemic first hit, and the classes that had interactive activities held my attention for the entire class period. It can be really simple things where you break off into groups and work on something together. It really makes the experience more entertaining and the class periods pass a lot quicker than just watching a teacher write on a whiteboard and talk for the whole time. I'm sure they could do a similar thing with younger students.
