Any clinical trial, if run properly, should be able to show you:
(1) ALL side effects, as noted or reported from Subjects re:
(A) lab data (blood work from Subjects like low platelets, high potassium, high sodium, etc),
(B) clinical data (fever, aches, headache, nausea, etc)
(C) radiographic data if applicable (chest xrays, CT scans) and
(2) efficacy of the investigational treatment vs the comparator (which could be a placebo comparator).

As someone who works to manage clinical trials, across therapeutic areas, and across Sponsor companies, there is ZERO chance I would take a vaccine from any drug maker until we are shown the white papers, statistical data, etc. I BELIEVE in research and clinical trials deeply; Fellow Americans— follow the science and NOT POLITICAL OPERATIVES or CONSPIRACY TROLLS.
I aint ever heard of these companies so this seems suspicious
