Hmm, Things here could have been explained if he wasn't pandering. The wealth gap has no one to blaim but the individual that claims that very thing. Let's make it about race rather than digging deeper and actually understanding why black Americans aren't earning as much as whites. There are several reasons why and it's not because of racism. Look up Thomas Sowell and Candace Owens for further understanding. The easy thing is to blame your own downfall on anyone else but yourself. The average black American does have a tough start especially as a result of father absence, poor schooling and lack of role models. Communities need to be set up to help these groups from a young age. Only then will we see change.
