Because if they didn’t knock and make themselves present, her dumbass boyfriend wouldn’t have shot at them, thus resulting in Breonna Taylor getting caught in the crossfire. Don’t believe me? Well, they did a no knock warrant on Jamarcus Glover and arrested 5 people and confiscated guns and drugs. Oh and here’s the kicker, NO ONE GOT SHOT THAT DAY BECAUSE THE CRIMINALS WERE NOT GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO GRAB ANY WEAPONS.
