  9. You've got to remember who's in office now. He says that he doesn't believe in intelligence reports, but at the same time if one gets out he's blaming the Democrats for that. This is why he has directed that the Congress will no longer get intelligence level reports from the DHS. Trump is saying that this is to stop leaks. This is really about controlling knowledge
