Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat is from Cuba. The girl is Hispanic. She said "Adios" to him and he got offended? How she responded was inappropriate, yes. However, I think the judge was too harsh on her for the initial behaviour. He could have, should have admonished her but not more.
