Buying a New Engine for the 240!

It’s time for something new. We stopped by JDM Orlando to pick out the new motor – then proceeded to strip it down! It’s not going to be an overnight project, but the good thing is I’m leaving the SR in until the swap is drop-in ready! SO STOKED

  1. Why not keep the freaking engine original man. It ain't a s13 anymore is it. And I respect the work and effort that goes into the projects . 👍Sr20det are reliable engines. Just end up in the wrong hands

  2. hiii brother.i am from india. i want to change my car engine with 3uzfe vvti.already using 1uzfe vvti in it.but we here in india unable to overcome its heating issue.now we had bad headgasket and bad gear seal(continusly leaking gear oil).please reply me

  3. I was really hoping you would get that 5vz-fe engine in the thumbnail (on the right). I turbod my Toyota Tacoma and I get so many compliments on my truck lol. Can’t ever go wrong with a 2jz though 🙂

  4. Im looking into purchasing a 2JZGTE bare block that’s honed and has a polished stock crank. What do I need to have for the block to get it running. (new to rebuilding blocks)
