  2. Is anyone talking about the CSU and UC systems being sued due to price gouging students during Covid-19?

    CSUDH in particular is one school that continued to charge full tuition throughout 2020 for services and on-campus instruction not received. Not to mention they put additional requirements and more fees in place for graduating students knowing that students are unable to meet requirements from the impact of Covid-19 to fulfill those very requirements. This is happening all over California and the Nation.
    I'D PROPOSE SIMILAR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS FOR SCHOOLS AT ALL LEVELS FROM TAXPAYERS.

  7. The schools are to blame for this mess. Why is it everyone else on the planet knew what would happen except the schools? Like these schools had absolutely no idea what would happen this fall when students returned. HYPOCRITES!!! They knew exactly what would happen and yet they just couldn't figure it out until all the tuition is paid and now all of a sudden they think there might be a problem? No way. They care nothing about the students, only profits. If they truly cared about safety they would have online classes right from the start. Students have got to stop letting the schools rip them off.

  11. The first "lady" should have spent the fucking summer getting every school aged child a fucking laptop so that they could virtually learn this school year. Not a gaming laptop. Just some small little school work thing. SHE could have done that instead of ripping up some roses and turning the rose garden into a basic ass rich person's lawn! I'm so pissed off at the level of incompetency in our government! WTAF?!

  24. Testing positive for a virus does not create a “case” of illness.

    As every doctor and virologist knows, a “case” is only established when a person has:

    1) A symptomatic expression of illness
    2) The presence of an identified pathogen that is known to cause such symptoms

    Merely carrying a virus is not a “case.” If that were true, then the vast majority of Americans would right now be diagnosed with “cases” of influenza, and we would be in a media-declared influenza pandemic panic.

  26. I work for a university, we are prepared, marked everything, ask for masks and sanitize almost hourly. If there is an outbreak it is because of the students not practicing social distancing. I get a little angry just seeing them moving tables and chairs, talking with no masks on outside. I have been working since the outbreak and my coworkers have been doing everything to not get covid-19, so it isn't the school, it is the stupidity of others that lead to an outbreak

If these kids in college want to have these large parties with no distancing and no mask then the college should close down and refuse to open up until those kids write the dean telling they were at the party and are willing to be punished for what they did. If nobody wants to do this, the school stays closed
