17. I just decided to cancel subscribing to Netflix on a regular basis . There have been too many shows cancelled on a cliff-hanger for me to want to invest any more time into their originals until they have reached a conclusion . The quality of their original programming seems to be going downhill or there is a lot that doesn't appeal to me ( young-adult , LBGT shows or feminist agenda content ) . The price hikes seem to no be going above the rate of inflation at at time when world is in crisis during a pandemic and a deep recession ( probably we can all it a depression ) . Then they do this . I think a lot of people will end up doing what I intend to do in future and just subscribe for a few months every year to binge watch the content that appeals to them . I already do this with Starzplay , Shudder and Apple tv and now Netflix will enter into that rotation cycle. Instead of getting 120 pound from me each year they will now get 30 .
