  1. This "expert" is a hack. The real reason the postal service isn't so profitable is because of G.W. Bush's Postal Acountability and Enhancement Act. The bill forces the USPS to pay postal workers retirement funds in advance. For every employee they hire, they have to pay retirement before they work a week. Before that, the postal service was profitable. During the hearings, Dejoy mentions that some of the delays are due to a lack of staff. Dejoy is the one who halted all hiring. He also halted overtime and multiple trips that was to ensure mail was delivered on time. Now that he stopped that, there are dead livestock and rotten food that didn't make it on time. His removal of machines means it will take longer to sort through mail. And BS to the idea that Covid's effects couldnt be foreseen. Its called covid 19 because it was discovered at the end of 2019. American intelligence knew about it as early as last December. It began affecting the states in February. States began restricting travel in April. He didn't think that would effect the postal service? People depend on the postal service. Now that many people are staying home and getting products delivered, having maximum productivity is more important than ever. His inexperienced ass is trying to ruin the election.
