Penal Code §§ 30515(a)(1) through (8) (defining an “assault weapon” by

and the penalty provisions §§ 30600, 30605 and 30800 as applied to “assault

weapons” defined in Code §§ 30515(a)(1) through (8).

    3. Defendant Attorney General Rob Bonta shall provide forthwith, by personal

service or otherwise, actual notice of this order to all law enforcement

personnel who are responsible for implementing or enforcing the enjoined

statute. Within 10 days, the government shall file a declaration establishing

proof of such notice. Alternatively, the parties may file a stipulation.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

    Date: June 4, 2021

  2. Stuff has gone pear-shaped when the government gives itself three days to complete a process that usually takes half an hour, and then gives itself 10 days when it can’t even do that, background checks aren’t constitutionally guaranteed by the way

  3. Nothing to explain just go out and shoot people, that's what the government wants. PEOPLE THIS IS THE TIME TO STAND AND BE STRONG!

  4. It's legal for anybody to carry any type of weapon with them in all country's in the world if it was me I couldn't careless if you had explosives on you

  5. Just watched the Rifleman today. The sheriff order all guns to be turned in. The bad guys did not. Guess what happened? Wonder why the Democrats want all our guns which is against the constitution of the United States of American. Wake up citizens.

  6. The only way these gun laws will pass if someone in the Senators families or friends of the Senators gets shot and killed— and then and only then will they understand how important it is to have these laws. They just don’t get it. It didn’t move them when a group of children were massacred. How sad is that?

  7. Any politician that takes an oath to defend our constitution then turns around to propose "gun control" infringements on the 2nd amendment should be removed from office immediately, be fined and serve jail time.

  8. Gun control works…to make law abiding citizens defenseless.. . Criminals do not obey laws, that is because they are criminals. Let us compare gun control to drug control. By 1920, opioids have have been either banned or extremely controlled. Heroin is completely banned in the USA. While even more potent new synthetic opioid, Fentanyl, is highly regulated / very inaccessible legally. In the past 12 months, unfortunately, over 81,000 USA deaths have occurred in the USA from opioids. Fentanyl is 1/50th the size/weight of Heroin. It is easier to smuggle than Heroin. Today, most of the street opioids are coming illegally from our open southern border or from China. So, after 100 years of strict drug control laws, people willing to violate laws have access to control/banned contraband. Wake up America. If guns were banned, like opioids, only criminals and politicians would have them… recipe for disaster.

  9. Government and midia: Thank god we are stopping the American people from buying guns, now criminality will certainly go down

Gun smugglers: business is booming right now

  10. 20 plus years, letting in criminals, no vetting. Let criminals, cartels, gangs go ramped. Spft laws for criminals. Now you want to have less police, then take away citizens right to defend. You are ignorant pandering politicians who don't care about crime.
