  1. The U.S. never completed the Lockdown..! Lockdowns have a purpose..! Bring the cases down..! The Trump Administration made all the wrong moves.. (Liberate Michigan..?) How Moronic..!

  2. Yes many emotions in the past year. That goes with the unknown. Yes, for the most part we've gotten off the routine of day to day life. Good for those who were able to continue in their job routine. Not so so good for children who looked forward to the classroom social environment of interacting. Financially, the stress it has put upon the bread winners and such. Take a moment to reflect on others. The whole armies of health care workers that had families at home they would have much rather been with, instead comforting strangers in their last hour.Waking up to take your first breath while someone else was taking their last. Embrace getting to spend time with your kids, they wont be young forever and neither will you. It changed all of us. World wide. Lockdown. As for that. Ask a concentration camp survivor or a prisoner in the state pen. Thats a lock down. I'm thankful to be able to write my thoughts in this comment column. Peace to all.

  3. We got a second dog. Bought and read lots of books. Started doing more crafts. Started back coloring. Workes out at home. Grew closer to my adolescent daughter and learned from her all of the cool stuff and not so cool stuff online. Renewed lost relationships. Cooked a crap ton at home. Learned that I am a nurse only and not a teacher and the 2 cannot successfully intermingle in my household when done by the same person (lol).

  4. Your invited , Where are the boys group.(missing 2 cali city toddlers) We still want to know. Join us in the discussion Monday Wednesday and Friday at 5pm Central we follow other cases but this one touch so many hearts. Call in let your voice be heard.'

  5. What I would wish is for the so called facts are being reported are realistic. There have been of the 530000 people who died in the US and that over 350000 are of the white race. This reporting of a disproportionate reality is so misleading and I am so sick of it. Look it up people and you will know who is really dying more than any other ethnicities. Maybe just maybe this will change behaviors in the right way.

  6. I am not at all thinking my life will improve so quickly. My whole family are very happy and living in more normalcy. But, it is very hard to get a vaccine, now that I qualify. There simply is not a lot to go around. When most of us get get the vaccine, we will go back to a more normal life. The time to relax COVID-19 restrictions is when we all can get vaccinated. If there is not enough to go around how can we go back to “heard immunity”. I am 58 years old and with medical problems. In the charts I do, there are still many sick people. It is to the point I know the codes by heart. Somehow, there needs to be enough vaccines to go around for everyone.

  7. @4:50 In Hong Kong if they are to learn from the past such as what they wrote in graffiti they should learn not to eat animals that are not meant to be eaten such as bats, dogs, cats and things that should never be cooked or eaten. Also the use of wet markets that sell these types of animals for consumption should be stopped because it allows for the spread of disease and is very unhygienic and wrong.

  8. What about those suffering silent ageism where is there reoccurring basic living income . over 50 and 52 . ??equal pay. Or 15.00 dollars an hour.

  9. If you didn't spend time with your kids before the pandemic that's on you. And by the way, you don't need government to help you do that.

  10. Biden is now killing USA economy by allowing China Virus incoming through opening the border. Our real hero is Trump who made vaccine available now and left a great legacy of historic speedy vaccine developments. The sleep Biden and the socialist liar Kamala are stealing shamelessly the achievements made by Trump.

  11. This isn't the beginning of the end; it's the end of the beginning. And we're starting to make the same mistakes we made with each decline and resultant surge.

  12. The graffiti is correct, the old normal was the problem. Particularly the way we disconnect from our children … for dollars in rich man's pockets.
The next time nature may deal a harder blow.

    Just an opinion.
