We're left high and dry by the Trumpublicans, who had months to come up with a plan, refused to consider the House plan (proposed two months ago), waited until the last minute, and can't even get their members on board, and prioritized the Whitehouse demands to hide funding for military (originally diverted to fund Trump's Folly- the non-existent wall) and billions to rebuild the FBI building that will benefit Trump's personal businesses in a "relief package". Now they're whining that it's the Democrat's fault.
    There has never been a more corrupt bunch that could't care less about damage their inaction has caused to this country.
    We had hope of going back to work, until the Red States refused to take precautions, wagering their political futures against the deaths, illness and lack of responsibility to their constituents. Now that there are widespread crisis numbers of Covid casualties, especially in Red States, businesses are reclosing (many of them permanently), the jobs are gone, unless you want to work in a "denier" state where no precautions are being taken or enforced, are willing to die to put food on the table, and hopefully won't be evicted.
    In my state, it's estimated that 37% of our citizens will lose their homes now that the moratorium has lapsed, and where's the support for landlords who will be forced file bankruptcy because they can't pay their mortgages and insurance?
    Complete failure on the part of the government to care for the people.
    It's all very well to blame this on China, but the only blame for the state of our nation is indifference, inaction, and denial by the White House and it's enablers.
