It’s a bunch of bull that Bobby wasn’t charged with anything in this case. He was hiding Lateef from the marshals service which is aiding and abetting a fugitive. He should’ve at least got 5 years for that. Especially when the marshals had to go through what they did to catch him.
So correct me if I’m wrong you don’t find the guy you’re looking for so you get upset and violate somebody’s fourth amendment right by running the name without no crime…smh and I bet u feel good about urself … you had no crime in process and no probable cause to run his name but you still did violation of the fourth amendment
