Bullshit. Minorities in general distrust the Government and middle aged Caucasians in general and refuse to follow protocols. It's the same with the stigma in those communities with regards to mental health services and drug addiction help. This virus is no different.

If local government officials are going to mandate the wearing of masks, then it's the local government's responsibility to provide CDC approved masks free of charge. Put prudent action and resources into place along side your demands and mandates.
Florida has exposed the labs. Originally the positives were 98% but then they had to back track saying it was only 9%. Wonder how many "new" cases are false positives. Think you need to get lab issues fixed first.

Going to work is bad but protesting good?
The better response is for the state and towns to issue their residents the correct masks. That’s what they should be doing with the covid money. Not all masks are effective in preventing the spread and a lot fit poorly or are not worn correctly. That doesn’t even address the additional expense for families. What they’re doing now is nothing more than political posturing and lip service.
Wearing a mask is not a restriction on you personal freedom of speech. Comparing it to driving is ridiculous for the death rate of the disease is dozens of times more risky than just driving a car. And the odds of making someone sick and killing someone is much high to driving. Drunk
