35. Cops says he calmed down. Never actually felt he got upset enough considering the potential collision. Guy is super chill the whole time. Even when he says she nearly killed 'them', he says it in an almost joking manner.

She wants intoxicated, maybe she had her music to the max and was looking at her stereo to change the song while also trying to get over to the left lane? Maybe, but still should not have been left with a warning. This officer is more generous and more patient than I am
