If they knew, giving their children up is the same thing as killing them. As far as the gov't is concerned, the children will be used in anyway, that they can think of. The foster care for profit companies don't have the expertise in teaching and loving the child the same way as a loving parent. We will see in a very short time the result of this child foster care experiment. This should continue to be monitored! Hopefully, with monitoring, the children will be safe and once they are colonialized and start working, they can bring their parents into the U.S. too, which is probably what the parents have planned.
