That is not a big lake. Been there many times. Something is off with this story. I will be first to admit cops are incompetent, but fire, search and rescue are usually very smart and capable.
I don't know why the investigators are wasting their time when they can easily find out what happened to her in the comment section

So she gave her child sleeping pills then killed herself. To be honest I respect that

If you’ve been around lakes, rivers, etc, you would’ve know that people drown all the time. I lost a close friend at age of 22yo and I still can’t believe this is just happened to him/us. RIP to her family and son. Please stay strong!

What doesn’t make sense is how does the child fall asleep after his mom goes missing? I feel like she put him to sleep and someone took her. I’m probably wrong and the poor baby got tired and just fell asleep. I just don’t want her to be dead. I’m hoping someone took her so they can find her and she’ll be alive. Such a beautiful person 😔

My fear is that maybe her foot got caught on debris under the water and she was stuck so long that she drowned… I pray they find her, if nothing else for closure.

Kinda trippy. She only recently started publicly posting photos of her & her son on Social Media , with really sentimental captions.. Almost like she wanted him to have something to remember her by. I think this is a neatly planned Staged Death. Who gets off the boat to swim and doesn't anchor it? With no life jacket? She wanted it to be sure it looked like she died so her son can inherit her money. Was she tired of paying her ex husband's palimony? (They had a very rocky marriage, including her getting arrested for assault and battery of him)

This is devastating but this is why you don't leave alone with your child unattended. She probably went for a swim while her kid slept. Bad decision
I don't think she is dead. This story is not adding up for me. Plus by now I feel that the body would be floating. Her son said mommy jump back in but said nothing about her being in distress. When I was 4 years old I could give you enough information to have a firm conclusion.
