25. Many physicians have detailed that mask wearing for healthy people forces you breathe your own C02 which drives cortisol up ( stress hormone) and in turn this drive the immune system down. It is disingenuous to not acknowledge this.
    Isolation and mask are for those that are symptomatic.
    The WHO scientist recently reported that transmission of non symptomatic Carriers, with detailed contact tracing, is “extremely rare”.

30. A quick Google search will show you that there are negative effects from wearing a mask. I will say that I feel like you should wear one in public, but no longer than you have to. One of the biggest problems with masks is people think masks are a substitute for social distancing. They are not. If you are wearing a mask but every time you talk to someone you get a foot from them so they can hear you or things like that, then you are rendering the mask somewhat useless.
