But both countries are very mistaken in two things: 1- Not to be involved directly on the ground in the destruction process of the DY american military machine , especially the qualitative forces for example : ( A- DY american kus force or the aviation and here worth noting we know the DY americans have huge kus force and they try to use it extensivly during war time , while in peace time try to keep this huge kus force in good shape by playing with it extensively and work hard to kept it warm and busy by intensively use it around the world . Same things for the english soldiers along with other allied forces which presenting much softer targets on the ground , although it would have been an excellent ideas to target the other members of this international coalition forces benefiting from those countries fragilities to sustain continuous losses in soldiers and with this they can isolate the DY americans position inside Afghanistan , where DY americans had to increase its military to increase its military presence throughout the geography of Afghanistan to compensate for the withdrawal allied forces, and this translated in this war to broader engagement on the ground and with it : 1- Offering more DY american targets across the very complex Afghan soil, 2- Increasing the financial costs of this very costly involvement .
Whereas the policy of the DY american military machine to punish the incubation environment for the Afghan Islamic Emirate by attacking civilian targets (and this is what happened in the last two years ), could have been faced with the re-production of Al Qaeda in Afghanistan with all its implications , and DY american should not ignore that Al Qaeda around the world now thousands of times stronger than the organization was during its isolation in Afghanistan .

Defense Secretary Mark Esper confirmed to lawmakers on Thursday that he had been briefed on intelligence that the Russians were allegedly offering bounties to Taliban-linked militants to kill U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

Esper: “I didn’t see the first report until February, when it came out in an intelligence piece of paper,” Esper told Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) during Thursday’s House Armed Services Committee hearing.

So Esper knew about this since February and he didn't bother to report this to the President? That is just not possible! Any threat, whether they think it is credible or not, is reported to the President.

DOD has already said it has no corroborating evidence to validate the allegations of paid bounties. But if the Russians were paying the Taliban a bounty to kill American troops, that would indeed be a stunning development. Not as stunning as learning that, as SecState, Hillary Clinton allowed the sale of 20 percent of U.S. uranium holdings, while the Clinton Foundation was receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in donations from Russian oligarchs involved in the sale. And certainly not as stunning as the revelation that Hillary and the DNC had paid millions to Russians for disinformation with which to slander and try to unseat a duly elected president. But serious, nonetheless!
