  1. These are the types of people that come into my work and complain that everything is awful after they’ve finished eating lol. Annoying af

  2. In NC, AL, and TN the stores have to stamp and keep the paid out tickets. So maybe SC should just do that instead of stapling a receipt and giving it back to them lmao

  3. Before we all jump all over this guy, let it be known, that there are many lottery dealers who have been charged for exactly this kind of offense. They sit there and determine winning tickets, cash them in, then resell the tickets to customers. Not saying that's the case here, but it has happened- and quite a few times.

  4. BLACKS MEXICANS AND NATIVE AMERICANS AND JAMAICANS 12 tribes of Israel we are God chosen people the real Hebrew Israelites of the Bible research ..

  5. The person working scanned it, told him it wasn't a winner and he for some reason believed them, then the worker kept the cash.

  6. I worked at a gas station for a couple years, if a ticket is already paid out you’re not supposed to give it back to them at all

  7. he probably found "unplayed" tickets in the trash. some people only scratch and scan the barcode and dont actually play the game. the winning ticket gets paid out and then tossed in the trash looking like a new ticket. he thought he hit a jackpot! lol

  8. Sgt. Furgal is always so positive with his beautiful South Carolina afternoon/evening goodbyes to everyone! Love how he respects everyone & his calm demeanor.
