What about the rights of American citizens who are married to an illegal? You cant deport an American citizen, and what happened to "What God has joined let no man divide"?
    If you dont want citizens marrying illegals then dont grant them a marriage licence. Immigration law has no authority over religion. Marriage is a religious institution for many.

    If you were brought here as a child illegally and both your parents are illegal and at least one is still your gardian, and its been less than 10 years and you are still a minor then there is no reason you should get ammunity. You should be deported.
    I have no problem with orphan, minors and anyone who spent more than 10 years of their childhood in the U.S. having perminant legal status.
    but Ive heard that 40% of DACA applicants are adults who were teens when they came here.
    Also. A child that is under 10 years old should not get amnesty if both parents arent U.S. citizens.
