  1. The traditional view has held that once the Supreme Court makes a decision, that decision becomes the law of the land and cannot be overturned, except through an act of Congress or constitutional amendment.

  2. Supreme Court is ridiculous for not ending DACA! Its ILLEGAL, it is UNFAIR for those who came to the US ILLEGALLY, IMMIGRANTS came to the states pouring alot of money to the US to live the American Dream and DACA was started off illegally!

  3. Since when is the Supreme court obligated to protect aliens? This ruling is a very slippery slope for US legal jurisprudence.

  4. Why on earth would anyone educate someone, invest in them, and then wish to divest them? If you're going to shake the tree pick up the fruit. Don't be stupid. Don't educate people and then send them away.

  5. To everyone using the slogan, "Import 3rd world people, become 3rd world people", you guys are amazing! God bless you all. Thank you for going above and beyond to change yourselves and become 3rd world country-like people. To be honest, I didn't know that was possible, that letting immigrants come into our country would give us a chance to be just like them. That's just like the whole 'melting pot' ideals that founded this country. I think the world would be a better place if everyone was willing to share and embrace others with open hearts and minds like you kind souls do. If we all work together, we can make the dreams of our founding fathers come true, and raise America to be a land of life, liberty, and happiness for all who fancy themselves 'Americans'.

  6. I come from a immigrant family and have been very successful and have crated jobs in my community.we come to better are selfs not to ruine the country

  7. Oh — by the way, does anyone know how the Wall is coming along? It seemed to have lost it's publicity when the # 19 blew in.

  8. I personally do not totally agree with this decision by the Supreme Court. I wish there would have been a few conditions to have been in place for the gift of freedom by the USA to people that claim DACA status. I appreciate others; God given talents. What I have a hard time excepting is individuals that are on the DACA magic US bus without the ability to speak any English, obtain the correct and required work authorizations, temporary residency notification to local government, where they plan to work and for whom, notification by the company that they do work for them and the area of trade they will be performing. You see America, I work in the Building Industry, my company is constantly in the spotlight only because, in the field of construction, because we make every effort to abide by State & Local laws, which takes time, effort & money, we are also identifiable to licensing inspectors through things like our registered licensing, comp & required ID on our vehicles – etc.. Typically we are the usual American families that work hard to pay bills & put food on our tables. Our transparency in " Doing the Wright Time " becomes a disadvantage. Let me respectfully explain; It's is a lot easier for let's say inspectors to visit us, check out our quality of craftsmanship and are we following the code of building. That's OK. Like Policeman & Policewoman, they service to protect the mass. Now, on the flip side of the coin are individuals that do not speak English, most all have the same name; Hugo, many seem to have the same S.S. number oddly; from what I hear & I am not being racist, it is just the fact as I see and listen to as things are in the field. Years ago- no big deal. A few Hugo's & actually I learned a few words of a different country other then the US. But as time went by, every where I looked, there where Hugo's. Unlike the typical American family, the Hugo family became many Hugo's in one home & what puzzled me was that not many appeared to resemble each other and their Friday end of day was not joining us for beer at the local pub, it was a mad dash to Pronto currency exchange & let me tell you, I watched one day at this currency exchange this guy ; kind of like a teller, counting C notes & if I had to bet between this guy and one of those counting machines, my money would be on this supposed Pronto teller. It was amazing but it was also a WTF experience because from what I understood was that their pay ( a large portion of ) was for 15% sent off to Mother Land. My pay went to a local bank to be accounted for for all good boy USA reasons.
For the people of DACA that are genuinely registered with America, I say welcome, best of luck & enjoy the freedom and being part of the American dream. To the part of corporate America that is allowing unregistered individuals perform low pay labor ( I can not compete with regardless of how talented these people are and I am the first to admire their work ) I say to these hard ball players that are connected, where I am a smaller company of which I chose to be for reasons explained in the US Constitution, I have to say that I do not agree with your ethics and if you care to discuss this over a game of Texas Holdem, I would entertain the though. Maybe we can determine if we are both really Americans.

  9. Yeah all on American taxpayers money. Free school free everything What about 800,000 of you? That's 800,000 jobs Real Americans don't get because of you.

  10. love all the racists saying it’s not constitutional. I suggest looking up what a presidential memorandum is – and i’ll give you a hint, that’s what DACA is
