McConnell is part of a super pac that spends the money to keep him in office by rigging the election for the purpose of tipping the courts to the ultra conservative right. Since 1986, his confederate mission is to overturn women's rights to choose, abolish Obama Care, give insurance companies the right to deny based on preexisting conditions and to keep big corporations from being sued due to COVID. Needless to say that he's an old southern racist who became a millionaire through his corporate donors. The only Kentuckians he cares about are owners of race horses.
