Under rotating actually helps alot I always over rotated when I went for the 180
If you were centered on your bike you wouldn't have to pinch cranks or seat that's how I learned them
this isn't in the video but what is the key to transferring?
I want to thank you so much! I throw my barspins the same way I spin and its difficult but the only thing I needed to do was only try to spin 90 degrees. That tip was really helpful! I can do them pretty good now.
