3. Police immunity against prosecution, liability, etc. must be repelled to end police brutality. They must be accountable and be liable for the crime they committed just like the rest of us ….Americans.

Yes how is it a police officer has the power to control your liberty, your freedom, and your life. That person should be vetted on a regular basis.

    There are so many videos with people doing 'peaceful protest' and still the police are arresting them. There are policemen that are not respecting peaceful protest. This obviously will stir people up the wrong way. They should know this. The system really needs looking into. Making the whole police department look like a joke worldwide

12. I cannot stop feeling ashamed for watching these american cops behaving like bullies. It seems like police in america has done completely wrong with an entire generation of policemen. We can’t call them policemen, we should call them the POLICEBEASTS.

17. We don't need police on the street. If you are going to justify force against a citizen… It needs to be for violent crime.

Since there are only a few bad apples, how about having any police officer who discharges their gun or use deadly force prove beyond a reasonable doubt that evidence-based deescalation techniques were used and that deadly force was in no way preventable before being given the opportunity to hide behind "they resisted arrest, didn't comply, i was afraid for my life". Codify it into law. Shouldn't be a problem if there are only a few bad apples.

24. i do not see any outrage. they are just "peaceful protesters" all they so is a little innocent rioting, looting, arson and some killing. what is so wrong with that. just take the mean police off the streets they are only in the way of all this new liberal normal after all. i am sure that the innocent protesters will not do any damage when they are left alone.
