Put people in positions they aren't qualified for just because their skin is a certain shade or they have the right genitals for the sake of virtue signaling and wokeness. I hope beyond all hope this strategy bites them in the ass. Don't discriminate against anyone because of skin color or sex, ever. Isn't that what the Constitution protects? Well guess what… if companies take the route of promoting more people to certain positions because of their race or sex, you ARE discriminating on the basis of both. Consider everyone as EQUALS; "diversifying" executive positions does not RIGHT the wrongs of the past. We all should strive for equality, but unfortunately this leftists want exactly the opposite: SPECIAL TREATMENT. I thought we broke away from that?!!! Apparently not. 😔
