  1. this and live pd have a huge production budget, there's a delay from camera to broadcast, yet no automated audio mixing software on either show

What I don't understand is there's people like this all around our country and yet there's no "Psychiatric asylum" for people to go get help with substance abuse or whatever, we have regular hospitals but they're short term, we need more long term specialty care facilities for our at risk and struggling populations.
