Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison said at a press conference there was “strong evidence” to file an amended complaint against Derek Chauvin and issue arrest warrants for the others.

He withheld the truth about the circumstances surrounding George Floyd's death so that he could get a prosecution, meanwhile letting the cities be burned down by people angry about the only part of the footage they are allowed to see. This man is responsible for all that.

    When they pull him out of the car, he has hair, but the mannequin does not on the ground. When they put it on the stretcher…cops came out of the EMS, not EMS, no physical check and then roll it on the stretcher and it has no legs

  4. AG Ellison, I really do not understand what keeps you from being able to try murderer Chauvin for FIRST DEGREE MURDER. There is no mitigating factor here. Chauvin by placing his knee on George's neck and ignoring his pleas for air for so long knew he was killing him. It is was his intention to kill him when he asked Thomas Lane and Alexander Kueng to help him put Floyd on the floor. Since when a handcuffed man needs to be placed on the dirty sidewalk? Chauvin needed George Floyd on the floor so he could place his knee on his neck and kill him. Floyd was not under any influence. The first Officers sat him again a wall, he sat still, he had no kind of aggressive behavior. Chauvin deserves life in Prison. We know now that were frictions between them when they worked together. He was afraid of Floyd, that emasculated ugly coward. The only thing you cannot prove is premeditation. But Chauvin had all the intention to kill Floyd when he saw who the arrested man was.

  6. If Chauvin is not charged with first degree murder, it will be an injustice for Mr. Floyd. I am a 61 year old white male who witnessed this murder along with millions of others online. More people need to force the authorities to push for full justice.

  8. Patience. It takes time for justice to run its course and even then you dont always get true justice.
    When three young men, during a failed car jacking, shot my friend in the face with a shotgun, the process took 2 & 1/2 years to go through the courts. Even then not one of them was found guilty of the actual murder. All were found guilty of felony murder (a lesser charge) not reckless homicide. Even with testimony from one of the non-shooters and interrogation room video of the shooter reenacting what happened during the crime that perfectly matched the autopsy.

I am not fully aware of the implications yet and the trial of course has not begun, but I sincerely hope with all my heart that this sends shock waves through the entire law enforcement community in this country of the United States and possibly the world I hope that this puts them on notice that people will not tolerate the Injustice has that law enforcement commits on a daily basis whether it be theft assault rape molestation and murder. I hope that this changes the laws for American law enforcement and makes them more accountable for everything that they do in this country. I will end by saying that I truly hope Justice is found and all four officers are found guilty a murder in the second degree and all go to prison.

    despite credible domestic abuse allegations; IRS liens on his home for evading federal taxes; and repeated accusations of playing fast and loose with campaign donations $. Replaced by "Squad" member Ilhan Omar in 2019, who also belongs in Gitmo with the other saboteurs. In addition to his duties as Minn. AG (mainly waging jihad against Whitey), Ellison currently serves as
    the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee. The neo-Marxist Sanders and the self-loathing Jew Schumer wanted this Lefty Swamp Creature to be the chair of the DNC, but once again credible domestic abuse accusations were made – and ignored – so he had to settle for the #2 spot. Observe how his "commitment to transparency" does not include releasing the exonerating MPD body cam video. No one wants the false narrative changed now. The scapegoats have been chosen.

  19. Keith has bent over backwards to try and make it clear that Mike Freeman is not being pushed aside and is part of the team because of something Freeman did to hurt George Floyd. (Even though he did.) People are angry and they are likely to want to retaliate against Mike Freeman. Freeman has targeted blacks and the way he started out with this case was horrible, or Freeman is the worst communicator ever.
