As sad as it is.. you can’t imagine ever being on a place like this brings you mentally. This was one of the most unsanitary places I’ve ever “ had to” live in. But .. I must say that the Sheriff Horton has taking many actions into resolving the issues were identified . He has done an amazing job and hats off to the Sheriff and his staff at Etowah county jail!
