No wonder they weren't gung-ho to jump in the middle of nonsense. That's at minimum an $18.50 an hour job – the fear FaceTime requires a higher pay rate. More pay or more employees 🤔 something has to give.
Newsflash to everyone with the Negative comments. She knew it was jail and there would be issues. The purpose of doing the program was to expose the fact that all people are tried subhuman in corrections. Whether you did a crime or not..you should still be able to get medication, food that your body can handle, not be victimized by the staff. My hat is off to you Shanese for even putting yourself in that position.
Chief Peek gives me bad vibes. He's probably done some illegal stuff on the job.

She was annoying, but she did show what would happen if someone would be an inmate if they had something like celiac disease or any kind of food allergies. She made a nuisance out of herself.

Her reason for having an issue with Jen was like almost all her other issues; irrational, irritating, childish and just plain ignorant! She was wayyy too focused on herself and forgot she was there to do a job. I understand she had legitimate issues but she complained too much and literally was going to derail the other women because one of the other participants reminded her it was jail. 🙄
Can’t wait for reunion… I’m confused.. why would a grown woman get upset about another grown woman talking about her behind your back?? Grow up.. that’s what people do.. get over it and move on..

Honestly.. My respects to this wonderful sister. Many will say, "She complains too much." But in reality she does what many lack now-a-days, COMMUNICATION. It's understood, maybe she ends up complaining about her needs, but atleast she's SPEAKING OUT. And making sure she's doing it with persistence. Not many people today persevere openly about a matter. So i tilt my hat to this youg lady. Blessings!

It’s jail!! It’s disgusting!! It’s unbearable and nobody cares about you. It’s supposed to be torture so you don’t go back. Sadly it’s not gonna change.

its jail not a fancy vacation. you cant do a crime and than expect to live good for the crime. they need to manage the shower situation schedule better and fix the showers , the food selection cost more since its not in bulk order

Well first of all women should not be in the men’s correctional facility, to dangerous for them small women to be there and no men should be in the women’s,!! They do need more officers and better shape than what is working there ,!!! Bottom line,!!

Shes very annoying.. she's was Jennifer skin annoying her with all her trouble … Everybody has problem in jail and shes giving all her problem on Jennifer and putting more pressure on her she did right by telling her its jail not a 5 star hotel…
We need more people to go on this show and complain about these prisons!
