Our friend R.C. gives us a tour of this KP Racing built ZR1 at Texas Invitational – 1300hp Horsepower out of a ZR1 Corvette… Just INSANE… We’ve been surprised that more people haven’t gone past the 4-digit mark in these cars, but when you’re constrained to the blower that barely squeezes under the hood with a window for the world to see, you play within the limits you have to!
Cool and all, but my cousin's got a zr1 and he actually broke a record with over 1000 hp to the rear wheels. Goes from 60-130 mph in 4.54 seconds. It's SCARY fast.

honestly tho it doesn't look that fast at 1300hp, compared to what you see out of a lot of cars at 1300hp. Id still drive tf out of this car.

The C6 ZR1 is definitely an iconic car. The C6 ZR1 was a real game changer for GM and the Corvette as far as performance.

I know this is an old post and most of you kids will never see this, but this car now belongs to my Son. He traded in a FBO R35 GTR to get it. The trans and rear diff are now built and it did 1101 rwhp on motor. And you boys that are saying it looks slow are lying to yourselves. My Son also had a C5Z that was 966 whp and this one will run away and hide from that one. It just went over 10k miles and it is immaculate. KP racing is helping with the tuning and there is a lot more power to be had. Just thought I'd throw this in.
