Technically it’s not a ‘failure’ in testing. The test is so sensitive that it’s picking up dead covid dna shed from the dead lung cells during recovery. The reason why SK officials say reinfection is not a thing is because they contact traced all 700+ reinfected cases and found no linked infections from it.
