23. You don’t need to eat chicken, pork, beef and eggs every day.
    I cut protein down to once a week and used a plant based protein supplement and high protein plants.
    I’m fine. If anything I’m healthier because I did something less convenient then the usual by preparing plant based meals. It might even be a blessing in disguise for some people and their health.
