  1. They should have at least partially waived the fee for the first people for waisting their time. If they hadn't gotten It through to the people behind the counter that they need to do better math they would have closed and the handicapped girl would have walked homed empty handed. Unacceptable

  2. I knew this guy was wrong the whole time! effective date is the date the policy goes into effect not the date that the policy expires. I knew that their policy was valid and he was wrong. it's always 6 months from the day you get the insurance or a year if you pay that much in advance, but typically 6 months so 12/21 is your effective date 6 months from that would be June 21st which it was not June 21st yet so the policy was absolutely valid the whole time and he made them sit there for nothing with his arrogant know-it-all a** and he was dead wrong. Smh. I like most of them they're really nice but I do not like that guy at all.

  3. when she went to the car the lot guy said its expired and she said no it expires 6 months after 12/21 which would be june 21 and they showed it on camera…so why when she went in there did she not clarify it to the big goofus in charge? did she forget or was it just for dramatic license for the show?
